Bob Herzog

What can you say, that hasn’t already been said, about Bob Herzog?

He is a Cincinnati legend! More specifically, he's a proud West Side guy. He graduated from Oak Hills High School and Xavier University where he majored in Communications. Bob also obtained a law degree from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Bob loves all kinds of music and movies and has a passion for basketball, but his number one hobby is spending time with his wife and four children.

Bob Herzog joined the Local 12 team at the end of 2005 and since then has worn many hats at the station. He currently anchors Good Morning Cincinnati. He created Dance Party Friday, which became an instant success. His star continued to rise as he sang and danced his way onto the national stage with his infamous Frozen video that went viral!

As you can see, Bob is a true Cincinnatian so of course he takes special pride in getting involved in community events. If you check out his Facebook Page you will see his dedication to helping the non-profits in our community. We do not take it for granted that Fernside is one of the organizations he loyally supports. Our event wouldn’t be the same without Bob getting everyone laughing and out of their seats for a few dance moves!

Bob has been our auctioneer for the past 9 years and in 2017 emceed two events on the same night after double-booking himself and just this year he filmed not one, but three videos for us when our annual Fernside Classic had to go virtual! Through the years, his auctioneering and entertaining skills have resulted in donations of over $300,000!

Thank You Bob for all you do for Fernside and the grieving children & families we serve!
